| The cautions that are in charge of wiring from a board |
Soldering discrete line
- Please remove the cover, and solder to the soldering pad of a board.
- Refer to the following figure for the soldering pad used by the number setup of pins.
- The cover should be surely attached after finishing wiring. Disconnection protection of wire and insulated protection of a wiring part can be performed.
The flexible wiring by mounting of a flexible connector
- Surface type mounting (STM) flexible connector can be mounted. (About CCNS-050-12 and CCNS-100-12, although a flexible connector can be contained in a cover up to ten poles, 11 poles and 12 poles are not settled.
In this case, please remove a cover and will use it.)

The cautions to get poisoned by FRC connection
• The relation of connection from the probe
The relation of connection from the probe to a connector connection pattern is the same as that of disk lied line type wiring. Please refer to the above.
• The product number of the following should be beware.
CCNS-050-12-FRC and CCNS-100-12-FRC
FRC connector of 14 cores is equipped. Therefore, No. 13 and 14 of connector connection pattern do not wire.
CCNM-080-17-FRC
FRC connector of 20 cores is equipped. Therefore, No.18, 19 and 20 of connector connection pattern do not wire. |
| CCNL-050-47-FRC |
|
 |
|
 |
The connector of the 1.27mm pitch and 50 cores is equipped.
Therefore, No.48, 49 and 50 of connector connection pattern do not wire. Please refer to the left figure. |

Information about discrete wiring
When using the discrete pad with three pins on each side, it may be difficult to wire because of interference with the screw part of the wiring cover.
Please refer to the photo below for wiring.
*The rubber that holds the wiring has been removed for photographic purposes.
Notice
The circuit board for any clip width in this series is available as a conventional 0.5 pitch flexible cable connector mountable board or as a 0.3 pitch connector mountable board. Keep in mind that the 0.5 pitch flexible cable connector may not be compatible with flexible cable connectors outside a certain range of widths.
For the 19mm wide clip connector, the maximum outside width of the FFC connector is 16mm.
For the 24mm wide clip connector, the maximum outside width of the FFC connector is 21mm.
You may select circuit board for mounting 0.3mm pitch FFC connector.
Please specify the required board type in the "Clip Connector Inquiry Sheet".
*If you do not specify a board type, circuit board for mounting 0.5mm pitch connector will be used.
