Product inquiries and placing orders
The BBSP series is designed to have guides fabricated individually for each order received to match a specific flexible printed circuit indicated by the customer board. This means we cannot accept orders that specify only a product number. Please follow the procedure given below.

Complete BtoB stamp inquiry sheet and specify the dimensions of the connector to be inspected. |

If we determine we can produce your order within this series based on the above information, we will provide a price and delivery timeframe, along with a Response Diagram Number and a Response to the Submitted Diagram, on the day your order is received. (Unless otherwise specifically requested, the terms and conditions presented in the catalogs will apply.) Please provide this Response Diagram Number in future discussions. |

A Guide-processing Diagram and an assembly diagram will be sent to you within 3 days. After confirming the drawings, return the Response to the Submitted Diagram included with our notification. Keep in mind that orders cannot be accepted until the drawing is approved. |

After diagram approval, complete the order sheet and submit by fax. Your order will be shipped on the 8th day after order receipt.
Note: Please confirm that the product no. and Response Drawing No. are both clearly indicated on your order sheet. |
