- This inspection jig is easily attached to and removed from the “thin-wire coaxial cable connectors” used for liquid crystal display connections in cell phones and video cameras.
- A wide range of pin counts up to 52 pins in 0.3-mm pitch , in addition to 40 pins in 0.4-mm pitch, are now supported. (Not usable for some connectors of vertical type where the exposed plane of terminals is on only inside, and for those whose terminals are configured in zigzag form.)

■Connectable to GND by a touch
of your finger
Since a GND connecting plate is provided in the guide part and the tool is connected to the board with spring connectors located on both sides of pin block, the connector and GND can be connected by simply clipping. Furthermore, a connection is possible even for connectors that have GND contacts on only the reverse side.
The whole of the GND contact part is plated with gold. |

The CCDJ series is designed to have guides fabricated individually for each order to match the customer’s connector. This means we cannot accept orders that specify only a product number. Please follow the procedure given below.

If we determine we can produce your order within this series based on the above information, we will provide a price and delivery timeframe, along with a Response Diagram Number, a Guide-processing Diagram, and a Response to the Submitted Diagram, on the day your order is received. (Unless otherwise specifically requested, the terms and conditions presented in the catalogs will apply.) Please provide this Response Diagram Number in future discussions. |

After confirming the Guide-processing Diagram, return the Response to the Submitted Diagram included with our notification. Keep in mind that orders cannot be accepted until the drawing is approved. |

After diagram approval, complete the order sheet provided at the back of the catalog and submit by fax. Your order will be shipped on the 8th day after order receipt.
Note: Don’t forget to write both the product number and Response Diagram Number on the order sheet. |
