CCMO Series Product Overview
♦ This is a modified version of the standard product in which only the guide unit processed to make the connector compatible with flexible cables that are bent or otherwise have irregular configurations.
♦ Since the guide is individually processed to suit the form of the flexible cable, a customized-fit guide can be produced within a short timeframe.

♦ Clearly indicate if you want to extend the distance between the stopper and the pin. Up to 0.7 mm of the stopper can be removed without charge. (Note that the standard product will suffice if you want to modify the stopper only.)
♦ Delivery : Please send inquire to each office about delivery time.

Inquiries and order placement
Guides for the CCMO series of clip connectors are individually fabricated each time an order is received to suit the specified flexible cable. For this reason, they cannot be ordered simply by specifying a product no. The procedure from inquiry to product delivery is described below.

Complete the Clip Connector Inquiry Sheet to indicate the tip shape and size of the flexible cable to be inspected. To determine what information you need to provide in the submitted drawings, please refer to Request for Provision pf Flexible Cable Drawing. |

Based on the information provided, we will inform you whether your requested product in this series can be fabricated. If fabrication is possible, you will be notified of the price and lead times on the same day your request is received, with a Response Drawing No., a guide fabrication drawing, and a response to the drawing sent attached. (As stipulated in the site, unless otherwise requested) Please refer to this Response Drawing No. in subsequent correspondences. |

After confirming the guide fabrication drawing, please return the attached response to the drawing sent.
No orders will be processed until we receive your approval of the drawing. |

After submitting approval of the drawing, submit your order by facsimile using the order sheet. Please send inquire to each office about delivery time.

♦ Since the products in this series are produced from the standard clip connector, no pin number can be specified. Only the corresponding guide unit is processed to match the pin number and configuration of the flexible cable.
You can use any number of pins within the range specified above.

♦ Yokowo DS sells only product-matched guide units for the CCMO series and the CCSE and CCJF series as repair parts.
♦ To place an order for a repair part, add GCMO before the Response drawing No. when submitting an order sheet.
