The PFC Series refers to a range of flexible cables having a structure with electrodes that are durable against abrasion. They remain durable even when plugging and unplugging without releasing the lock to the flexible connector mounted on the board.
These cables can also be used for wiring and extension between jigs.
* A separate payment for the shipping may be required for this product.
Examples of usage
The terminals have a structure that is durable against abrasion, which allows plugging also into FFC/FPC connectors. (The durability is intended for reference only, and it varies depending on the specifications of the connector to be plugged and/or the conditions of use. The part of the cable that is the closest possible to the terminals should be held when plugging into the connector. @
* The durability does NOT sustain when plugging the PFC-030 Series products into a matching FPC connector that is less than 0.18 mm in thickness.
Tolerable number of times
0.5mm pitch: 3000 times / 0.3 mm pitch: 1000 times
Length of reinforcement board : 20 mm (A sufficient length as a handle is given, and thin products that is 0.3 mm pitch is made of a material that is thin but durable.)
Cable length: 150 mm (A length appropriate for wiring and/or extension is given.)
Electrode length (the number of inspection can be increased by cutting worn tips)
Multipolar capacity: up to 60 poles for 0.5 mm pitch and up to 65 poles for 0.3 mm
