Use and Features
  • Coaxial Contact Probe measures the signals added to both edges of the part which is mounted on the board.
  • The pitch between the core conductor and the ground has two patterns; 1.0 mm for 0603 tip and 1.4 mm for 1005 tip.
  • Probes both for the signal and GND are designed to be movable.
  • The edge has SMA connector which makes it easier to connect to any measuring devices.
