* Subjected connector of probe of connector series should be soldered on the calibration adapter.
Performing Process

Perform Full 2 Port Calibration. |

At Port 1 side, perform calibration of OPEN, SHORT and LOAD using CPHF-CA0.5 “calibration adapter”, the network analyzer and 50 Ω Cal Kit. (See Drawing on the left.) |

Perform THRU calibration. (See Drawing on the left.) |

Deduct the electric length of the calibration adapter. This makes the edge of Coaxial Probe the calibration standard surface. (See Drawing on the left.) |
