Before

When a regular connector is used,
during the inspection of mSATA and
M.2 connected SSD in the process
of mass production:

● Tips and work time are required to
connect to a connector.
● Connectors wear out quickly,and
replacement time and costs are required.
● Since it is necessary to temporarily stop the inspection
process to replace the worn-out connector, hidden costs occur.
■ Because there was no suitable jig and a pad for inspection was provided exclusively, constraint occurred in the design.

Bad workability Low durability
The connector wears off

After

Inspection using CCMA and CCM 2:

● Intuitive operation not requiring special skills and work instructions is possible.
● Since it has sufficient durability, the frequency of jig replacements drops drastically.
● Continuous inspection without interruption becomes possible, and it is possible to reduce the cost in total.
■ Since this product connects to the terminal to connect the SSD to the connector, there is no need to provide another pad for inspection, so there is no restriction on the design of the SSD.

Easy Work Just pinch it
