CCSE Series Product Overview
♦ The guide is processed individually to match the pin number and configuration specified by the customer.
♦ For products in this series, probes are configured and guides are fabricated with respect to the center of the connector to suit the specified pin number.
♦ Delivery :
0.3mm pitch : Ships from Japan three days following order receipt (subject to payment confirmation).
0.5mm pitch : Ships from Japan four days following order receipt (subject to payment confirmation).
♦ 0.3mm pitch has two types of widths between the pins.

Inquiries and order placement
Guides for the CCSE series of clip connectors are individually fabricated each time an order is received to suit the specified flexible cable. For this reason, they cannot be ordered simply by specifying a product no. The procedure from inquiry to product delivery is described below.

Complete the Clip Connector Inquiry Sheet to indicate the tip shape and size of the flexible cable to be inspected. To determine what information you need to provide in the submitted drawings, please refer to Request for Provision pf Flexible Cable Drawing. |

Based on the information provided, we will inform you whether your requested product in this series can be fabricated. If fabrication is possible, you will be notified of the price and lead times on the same day your request is received, with a Response Drawing No., a guide fabrication drawing, and a response to the drawing sent attached. (As stipulated in the site, unless otherwise requested) Please refer to this Response Drawing No. in subsequent correspondences. |

After confirming the guide fabrication drawing, please return the attached response to the drawing sent.
No orders will be processed until we receive your approval of the drawing. |

After submitting approval of the drawing, submit your order by facsimile using the order sheet. Ordered product will be delivered from Yokowo DS to the forwarder four days after we receive your order.
Note: Please confirm that the product no. and Response Drawing No. are both clearly indicated on your order sheet. |
Notice
The circuit board for any clip width in this series is available as a conventional 0.5 pitch flexible cable connector mountable board or as a 0.3 pitch connector mountable board. Keep in mind that the 0.5 pitch flexible cable connector may not be compatible with flexible cable connectors outside a certain range of widths.
For the 19mm wide clip connector, the maximum outside width of the FFC connector is 16mm.
For the 24mm wide clip connector, the maximum outside width of the FFC connector is 21mm.
Sales of repair parts for the guide unit only
♦ Yokowo DS sells only product-matched guide units for the CCMO series and the CCSE and CCJF series as repair parts.
♦ To place an order for a repair part, add GCMO before the Response drawing No. when submitting an order sheet.
♦ Delivery time and price :
- Normal delivery time : three days
- Price : US$37 per piece (individually processed guide for the CCMO and CCSE series)
US$46 per set for CCJF use (Individually processed guide and upper and lower flexible cable holding boad)
